Panel Session Submissions are due via the online form below by Thursday, July 3, 2025, at 8:00 PM ET.
All proposals will be reviewed by ASC leadership who will select the most popular themes/topics to create sessions highlighting the topics with the most interest. Some submissions may be asked to combine their ideas with other submissions that share similar themes to create a final session for the meeting. Notifications on selected session proposals will be sent out in August 2025.
