All Committee Session submissions are due
by 5pm PT Friday, July 5, 2019
The submission process for the Committee Sessions at the upcoming 2020 Academic Surgical Congress, taking place February 4-6, 2020 in Orlando, Florida has now begun. We ask AAS/SUS Committees continue to submit a joint proposal (e.g. the Education Committee Session proposal should be submitted on behalf of both the SUS Surgical Education Committee and the AAS Education Committee) with the lead by the designated Society (this rotates every year).
Each committee may submit ONLY ONE proposal to be considered for one of the Committee Session slots at the Academic Surgical Congress. If your committee has multiple proposals, you may submit other ideas through the hot topics submission page. Please note the hot topics sessions will be chosen this year using a new process and will be highlighting the most popular topics submitted which may include combining several submitted topic ideas. To submit additional hot topic ideas, please visit the hot topic submission site and submit ideas by July 5th.
