Registration Notification: Confirmation of registration will be sent within 15 days of receipt of registration. No confirmations will be sent after Jan. 26, 2009. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notices must be submitted in writing before Jan. 26, 2009, and will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be available after Jan. 26, 2009. Substitutions are allowed at any time but must be submitted in writing and must be of the same member status.. Special Accommodations: Please contact the ASC office with any special needs that need to be accommodated at the meeting.

Member & non-member registration fees include all food & beverage and social functions. AWS dinner is separate ticketed event.
