• Submission of abstracts to the ASC are welcome from everyone, regardless of membership status to the AAS and SUS.
• There is no limit on the number of abstracts that can be submitted by an author.
• The ASC welcomes submission of clinical/outcomes research, educational research, and basic/translational research.
• Manuscript submission is NOT required for abstracts accepted to the ASC.  However, manuscript of abstracts accepted to the 2013 ASC may be submitted to either Surgery or Journal of Surgical Research.  Deadline for manuscript submission is January 4^th, 2013.
